Nazareth Building Services did an addition and remodel to the existing building for the Korean Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis. This was a rewarding project as we were able to work closely with staff to bring to life a new sanctuary for this church.

The Oakbrook Community Church development was undertaken in July 2003, completed in June of 2005, and remains the largest, longest, and most expensive project to date awarded to Nazareth Building Services.

The 124,000 sq/ft church complex is perched adjacent to Emerald Lake in Kokomo, Indiana and is home to over 2,000 devoted each week. The unique open-concept design features an enclosed village area in the atrium boasting a café area seating over 100 people. The student center is a separately devoted space designed with a warehouse architectural theme that contains a stage and its own sound and lighting system. The 1,500-seat sanctuary incorporates complete media capabilities with full lighting, sound, and multimedia systems.

The Eagle Center project marked the premiere in a strong line of Church/Community Center based projects for Nazareth Building Services.

The Eagle Center facility is located just east of I-65 off Exit 130 in the Zionsville/Whitestown area. Eagle Center’s grand opening in 2000 showcased the 80,000 sq/ft facility as the first of several structures and neighborhoods being developed in the area including: Anson, Royal Run, Stonegate, and Zionsville West Middle School.

The Brick Street Inn was a project of both challenge and privilege that saw the modernization of one of Zionsville’s oldest standing structures dating from 1865, the restoration of a community’s beloved landmark, and the preservation of Indiana’s quiet secret.

Amidst a quaint atmosphere, the Brick Street Inn stands as the heart and character of an era that remains only on the brick street of Zionsville.

The resurrection of the Brick Street Inn began in December of 2003 and was completed in time for the grand re-opening in September of 2004. The new facility features an indoor/outdoor café and boutique, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, eight Bed-and-Breakfast style suites, and a lavish conference room at its core. All the interior trim and wood paneling is custom made and handcrafted, giving the Brick Street Inn the ornate atmosphere it deserves.

The Moore endeavor began with a complete demolition of an existing house. It was replaced with a 2,800-sq/ft home consistent with the design, style, and architecture of the Zionsville Village in which it was constructed. It features: hardwood floors, an unfinished basement, a billiard room, an open kitchen-great room concept, three bedrooms, and three baths.

The Wall residence is a 5,800 sq/ft custom home placed just off the exclusive Hunt Club Road district of Zionsville. This marriage of architecture and art boasts a stylish entryway, a 3-car garage, arched ceilings, and one of a kind handcrafted columns. A peerless contemporary style home resting peacefully on 1.5 acres, the Wall residence exudes the graceful excellence for which Nazareth has become known.

The Wise project, placed in the secluded Spring Hills subdivision on the western outskirts of the village of Zionsville, focused on the reconstruction of a 1960′s era home into a modern farmhouse. The dwelling rests upon 2.8 acres of an enclosed wood, while remaining less than a mile from the limits of the town, making it an ideal location for privacy, comfort and convenience. The residence, decorated in an eclectic style, hosts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large segregated study, a basement area and a conjoined kitchen and great room producing an open-air environment at the heart of the home. The large deck at the rear, boasting a private entrance from the master suite, extends the comforts of the home to overlook the exquisite natural surroundings.

The Lang home situated in the village of Zionsville was a remodel project Nazareth was honored to be a part of. We constructed a second level for this previously standing home. This added space for second floor bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom as well as a common living area. Nazareth was also able to create a custom master bathroom for the new homeowners. We are very excited about this project as it was more than just a construction project. We were able to create a beautiful new focus in the village of Zionsville.

The Havens addition is a landmark not only in locale, but also as the largest addition undertaken by Nazareth Building Services at the time. The existing 900 sq/ft abode was transformed to include a brand new great room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dining room in a total of 3,600 sq/ft, nearly quadrupling the size of the home.
